Agile Transformation |
The aim of the agile transformation of ODIGEO and the development of a successful development process was the goal. The company has long been struggling with internal communication channels lacking transparency and a high rate of migration. They decided to introduce the SCRUM framework in which ITware's experienced colleague came to their aid.
ITware Solution: In the initial phase, it is a small but efficient process to deliver rapid results. In the second phase, the rest of the company's compartments had to be adapted to the development process, and the existing (development) process had to be adjusted to the greatest extent possible. In the last phase, local Scrum Master was taught by passing a successful exam in order to keep up with the established culture.

It can be of great help, for example, in agriculture and research institutes, sake cooking, mushroom cultivation, greenhouses, spas, hotels or even ski resorts. In Japan, it has been used in more than 200 places with great satisfaction, including measuring heat, light, sound, oxygen and humidity. Kojimori's unique embedded software combines ITware's expertise and Japanese precision and process-orientation.

SunBears |
Sunbear is an event and metadata capture processing hybrid system (with Android tablet client, dynamically scalable AWS EC2 cloud-based JAVA backend) developed for the Japan Ice Hockey Team and the Ice Hockey Federation, developed and tested by ITware, using SCRUM methodology. All data is stored in a cloud-based infrastructure, so sharing data between employees is easier. Recording events dynamically defined by the user layer allows for agile data warehousing. With the help of data obtained from recorded events, we have been able to implement an application to optimize gaming strategy and help with the preparation, which is a niche in global sports markets. Application testing was performed using automatized and manual methods.
