ITware's specialists participated in the implementation of the registration of prepaid subscriptions within Magyar Telekom's ATG system.
The project's curiosity is that Telekom has also launched this project as a SCRUM experiment, as ATG itself has been developed under the PanDa project by Waterfall method. Backend logic and RESTful API development, in addition, SOA service was integrated.

ITware specialists have been involved in developing Telekom's new brand. Jazz experts, as members of the DXC development team, using Telekom's mobile billing and customer service system know-how and codes, have established a fixed line Telekom CRM and billing solution for less than a year, connected to Telecom's existing wireline network infrastructure, and DXC front-end and middleware layers to perform the necessary functions. Tester colleagues have also been involved in testing both back-end and front-end features. The development is ongoing with another smaller number of staff.

ITware completes the development of the mailbox operation functionality of Magyar Telekom's "Honlapprov provisioning" application, which has been used for moving mailboxes to "M @ Xmail / Horde" in the MT Virtualoso system (HMC). After the implementation of the project, we continuously carry out the maintenance and L3 level support of the self-care interface and functionality of the "MaX" mailing system. Implemented features: managing mailboxes, mailing lists, multiple domain clients, adding mailboxes to a domain or revoking, listing user domains, assigning or revoking.

ITware supports the development processes of Magyar Telekom's new virtualized development infrastructure. Containerization also poses challenges for the operation because the log files produced by the applications are difficult to access due to the separation provided by the containers, and the processes overlapping the applications are difficult to follow. Therefore, our proposal consisted in the development of two components: the first is the monitoring and collection of log files (Agent), while the other (Aggregator) receives, parses and retrieves data from individual collectors in WebSocket. Both can be run in Docker containers.
The standardized deployment process and the separation of individual packages create new opportunities and make savings for Telekom. The advantage for the company to achieve greater efficiency by giving freedom of decision-making and also greater responsibility to the individual transport teams in the development and operation of their components.

Mobile Device Management (MDM) and related Customer Service Console (CSC) Intranet and Self-Service Console (SSC) web interfaces provide customer service and residential associates with device-management services through self-service interfaces. The new ALU-MDM system entailed the need to update and integrate existing CSC and SSC consoles with the new mobile device management system. ITware prepares CSC and SSC portals for Magyar Telekom, both renewed in terms of functionality and technologies, which provide customers and client management staff with a platform where they can easily use remote mobile device management services on a self-service basis.
Key features: APN settings control, monitoring device information, remote diagnostics, remote application management.

Magyar Telekom's corporate business (T-Systems) has created a new online self-service interface for its corporate customers through which one-off access and a unified environment are available to users of popular services. The new portal also provides online customer service and chat services for helping with the billing and use of other features. The service, that has been renewed in its image and functionality, has provided a solution for unified entry to Telekom's online areas, and also offers third-party services for small and medium-sized businesses. the freely configurable customer functions and privilege levels provide convenient and secure access for Magyar Telekom's customers, while customer data and related services are integrated with CRM (Siebel) and Billing (Amdocs) systems.

In 2010, Magyar Telekom started a large-scale IT transformation. The “Pillangó” Project in 2010-2013 was one of the largest IT projects in Central-Europe, aiming to consolidate billing and CRM systems used by the company. ITware, as one of Telekom's most important billing and CRM developers, is one of the 5 largest home delivery companies involved in the project. Our colleagues with a high level of business and technical expertise, work from business analysis to planning, solution delivery and testing to the “Pillangó” project. The ultimate goal of consolidation is to integrate the various systems that operate separately from fixed and mobile services into a single CRM and billing system, thus making Magyar Telekom’s customer management processes significantly more efficient. Thanks to continuous professional training and the experience of participating in various processes, the “Pillangó” Project further enhances and deepens the skills of our staff.

ITware's team supported the preliminary testing of the planned new service of Magyar Telekom, the development of the application and the simulation of its load-ability. The “Smart Home” solution allows remote control of various electric devices in the household. For example temperature setting, moving shutters, controlling multimedia devices, alarm system management etc. Our proposal included a solution for the load-back testing of the Smart Home system's back-end server, which is given to the customer developed and tested in DEV and ITST environments.
The key to this solution is to add dummy gateways to the Smart Home system with related customer data. The configured test client simulates a variety of client activities with an increasing number of simulated clients. During the test, response times (and the number of lost / unanswered messages) are logged, from which it can be determined how many clients can use the back-end safely, and what client number is unreliable.

“Telemátrix” (TMX) provides Magyar Telekom's corporate clients with the mobile phone and PBX services, short dial number and group management, blacklist management, access to business account subscription bills, and online and offline self-service provisioning.
The new TMX has been created by merging three IT systems: CSC Corporate Self Servers, Telemarketing Clients, and Electronic Traffic Information (EFT). In connection with the creation of this new system, beyond the TMX server and clientside developments, it was also necessary to carry out highly complex, multi-system integration and development tasks in the affected systems.
